Disgusting Aramex

I'm totally disgusted by Aramex, not only did I wait long for my package when trying to get intouch with the chat agent was such a headache and ontop of that when my package finally arrived it was swapped out with old and used face products and I ordered a diary and a water bottle like what even. I'm beyond disgusted. If I could could them a rating of negative I would because they not even one start worth, completely pathetic.
