Disgusting Aramax customer service

I’m so angry and full of hatred for Aramax South Africa. On 21 December 2020 I dropped the parcels in a drop box at checkers hyper festival mall, none of my parcels delivered to the destination for about 4 days and the worse part is when I noticed that my waybill numbers doesn’t exist in the tracking system, when I call aramax no answer, nxa disgusting customer service!!! I rushed to the store on 24th December 2020 to find out if aramax did collect or not... I was shocked when the store confirm that none of Aramax’s collectors came to collect the parcels.

Festival mall checkers hyper managers did a very outstanding job to help with my parcels that were still in that Dropbox. They made sure when I leave the store I have my parcels in my hands and refunds.

I will never ever use Aramax couriers and I will make sure I tell all my friends and family to stay away from aramax.
