disgusting and pathetic service , go out of business

a friend of mine used them to send me a birthday gift and sent it a while before the time so it would get here on time , never seen the parcel , worst service ever , why ***** your customers parcels , pathetic i hope with all negative reviews i see here that you wont have anymore customers .
