Disgusting agents and service

I cannot get the help I need to track 2 parcels which had tracking numbers created 3 days ago. I sit on the phone for 25min just to get the agent drop the call as soon as it gets answered. Aramex, are you or your agents buying airtime for us consumers??? I want someone to contact me NOW with regards to my deliveries.
