DISGUSTING

Never in my life have I been so badly disrespected as a client of a company. I have been phoning for over 3 weeks on a consignment stuck in customs. Every week I'm being told 'Wait another 3 to 5 days- which would be okay if i haven't waited 3 weeks since my parcels was in the country. This morning I phoned and a misogynistic male answered the Sandton Helpline and I was completely belittled and told "there's nothing I can do so you must just wait' I personally work for a mailing company and our main rule is always make sure a customer leaves happy, clearly Aramex Sandton doesn't care whether their clients are happy and will return
