DISGUSTED in how long it takes to get my STUFF

I am very DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED with the poor delivery of my parcel!! I have been waiting over a week for My parcel and still have not received it... When the you track the shipment it says that they attempted delivery and that we were not available???? (PS i was at home the whole week...) and the time they logged that in was at 4:49... Really, just before they close??

Also the number *** doesn't work..... thats really bull****. someone needs to have the company close down or look into their poor customer service
