Disgusted

Totally disappointed. I am awaiting a parcel from Shein and when Buffalo was delivering usually receive my parcels almost a week early. This is the first time Aramex is doing it and the date for latest delivery was yesterday.

This is not the only thing. The customer service guy I chatted to this morning seemed completely bored and not really concerned by my issue and in plain simple English his service stinks
