Disgusted Customer

Aramex has got to be one of the worst courier services I have ever experienced. My package was ready at the supplier on Tuesday 15th December, they never collected the 16th was a public holiday. They collected from the supplier on Thursday. Great It's an over night delivery I will receive my urgent package on Friday the 18th December. I make sure I get somebody to sit at my house the entire day for a delivery, which it states on their tracking website only to receive ZERO delivery, for them to update their website attempted delivery but nobody to accept such BS. I email I go on the website I try every form of communication possible to get zero response. I finally get hold of them today 21st December to ensure my delivery is delivered in a specific time frame as I am only available then to receive the package. All looks well until still ZERO package delivered. I have been on the phone to their call center for for 2 and a half hours to still not get hold of a single human being. The call cuts you off after 10 minutes each time. I have been on their Instant messaging system what a joke instant as nothing. I still have not received my package and I still can't get through to a single person in this company. It is absolutely shocking how they pride themselves to give friendly and efficient service. Your slogan is wrong.
