Disgusted client

I bought clothes from Shein and aramex was appointed as the company to help with delivery, communication pathetic, customer service horrific even Strini Reddy failed to assist me and it is clear that lying is what they do best. I am still without the things I bought 2 months later. Can the CEO himself redeem this company please as his worker are dragging it in the mud
