Disgusted by aramex courier services

I've used their courier service about 4 times before and never had a problem with them till now... I dropped my package off at pnp and it was picked up when I tracked it the following day it said it was at the sorting facility... call them on monday they told me it takes 3 working days so my client will get the parcel by Wednesday... Fast forward to Wednesday my client is still waiting and when I tracked the parcel it says that it's still at the sorting facility... Also I'm very annoyed by the rudeness of the staff... they gave me a ref and told me they'll call me back I'm still waiting for the call and when I followed up with them about the query, someone else told me that they'll get back to me, didn't say when though and put the phone down in my ear... I'll never be using their service again !!!
