Disgusted at Aramex

This is the worst delivery service ever. I bought something online and they were suppose to deliver it, each day for a hole week I kept asking where my delivery is, first it was out for delivery and would have been delivered before 5pm, then I called the next day because nothing was delivered and no communication an agent told me she dont know why it was not delivered it just shows delivery stopped she will escalate it and get back to me she never did, I called each day after that a different agent just keep telling me they dont know why everyone promises to call back but never do. The device ended up being dropped at the store which they also failed to let me know I ended up going to Hi-Fi corp and the device was there but no let me know and I was charged for delivery.
