Disgusted and Disappointed

My package was mis-routed from Cape Town to Pretoria while its destination is Port Elizabeth (Gqeberha). I needed it urgently and it has not yet arrived even now, it's been almost two already. Worse part of it, they tell me it's lost and are still searching for it. I mean what the hell??? What's the use of writing down the addresses if they won't look to see where the parcel is going? I am so disappointed with Aramex! This was my first and the last time I ever used their services!
