Disgusted and disappointed

I am so disgusted and disappointed with this company called Aramex :( on the 13th of August 2021, my Hair supplier sent out a parcel and it reached Aramex offices, I was able to track but the parcel did not move from their premises. I was supposed to receive my parcel by Monday the 16th August. I called them, they told me that the parcel is not moving they will investigate, i waited.

Today I receive a call to tell me that the parcel went missing from their offices, how, where are the cameras to see if one of the employees stole it!! Now they are telling me that the shipper was not suppose to send out Hair in the parcel, which they are supposed to write on their terms and conditions. I want my money back if they can’t send my parcel , I’m so angry!!!
