Disgusted and annoyed with Aramex South Africa

On the 8th of October l ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my six year old granddaughter. This was supposed to be a surprize gift for her On the 10th Nike informed me the shoes had been dispatched. I waited to hear from her mommy but the shoes have not been delivered even today. I received an email saying the shoes have bern delivered. I called my daughter who told me they were not delivered. This morning l tracked the shoes. Some man named Tshepo told me the shoes were delivered to postnet and signed for by a person named Waleed. First of all Aramex, l paid 250 rands shipping costs for the shoes to delivered to her home address. Why would you deliver these shoes to a different address when l gave you a home address? I am disgusted and will never ever choose your company as an option when l post or receive a parcel.
