Disgusted

Just an update from my previous complaint. I have been making several calls to the company to no avail. Was promised that the driver who delivered my package to an unknown individual would uplift the package from there and deliver it to me. I waited all day and it did not happen. During my conversations with the agents I was refused the driver's details as well as the managers details so there was no way of me taking the matter further or resolving it myself. When I advised them that I am going to Lodge a legal case against the company the response was almost immediate from the agent who was assisting me after being told she was not in. When I called her later in the afternoon she was surprised that I didn't receive my package since she was told that it was delivered to me. I then told her that I need the managers details and email address since my lawyer and the police would require this. It was only at that point that she said she will email the information to me as well as get the driver to speak to me directly...whether this will happen or not remains to be seen.
