Disgusted

I am absolutely absolutely upset -Aramex is doing what it does best and provide a horrific service and i have come to a conclusion that it is the driver that does deliveries in the North side Of Kzn

I sent a parcel on the 29th morning and as per the document i stated that receiver must be contacted prior but nothing and neither did I get a call back from the driver -the reason i sent on Tuesday is because the school was closing on friday -I need this to be sorted out ASAP this is absolutely ridiculous,poor poor service
