Disgraceful service from Aramex

I have had literally the worst experience with Aramex couriers to date. To name a mere few: 1. Lies told on the online tracking platform. They have posted three attempted deliveries that are preposterous and never happened. 2. Cannot get through to the JHB call centre, music is played for aprox 15min and then the call is dropped??? Email inquiries also unanswered 3. Customer service agents claiming they have tried to call (did not happen), they have the wrong address although after quoting it back to me realised this is definitely not the case.

I have had no luck in getting an honest answer of where my parcels are and if they are ever really going out on delivery. Business does not seem to care about their reputation or customer service. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!
