DISGRACE AND UNRELIABLE

The WORST service ever! My parcel has been laying since the 5th of December 2023 under the same tracking status. Staff are all just saying "we have a backlog". I am going on holiday on the 22nd of December 2023, without any of the products that I needed to take with. WORST WORST WORST!!!
