Disappointment

This is the worst carrier ever, my parcel arrived on the 19th of July and today the 11th still haven’t been delivered to me, nobody rep**** my emails, an invoice was sent I paid 2 weeks ago and until now nobody knows a thing about my parcel, this is a big disappointment, you guys should just close.
