Disappointing to say the least

I sent a package through Aramax last week Tuesday (05/05/2020) that was supposed to take between 24 to 72 hours, so Friday latest. I called Aramax on Friday (08/05/2020) and was told the package was handed over to a third party company on Wednesday (06/052020). The lady I spoke to told me she would contact them and sms me what happened. She sent an sms saying that the package was out for delivery on Friday.

Today, (Monday 11/05/2020) the package had not been delivered. I managed to get hold of the third party company, after calling Aramax and being told I would be sent an SMS (I wasnt) and was told the package would be delivered by 15:00. It’s now 20:01 and no sign of the package.

Aramax should really reconsider working with this company, or if they insist on working with these dishonest people, communicate with and update clients on the progress of their packages. What was supposed to be an overnight delivery has taken a week and I am very disappointed.
