Disappointing Service/Angry!!

Hi All,

I would like to express my disappointment in Aramex service. Bought a perfume in Durban which was shipped through them, at its arrival it was broken(Bottle badly smashed) and wen i reported this to the EL branch i got referred to the sending branch-Durban who could not assist but were quick to come up with a defense to say they do not insure glass which is something i was totally unaware off. Why don't they communicate that with customers prio taking the business of shipping our product is appalling to say the least!!
