Disappointing service

What is going on with Aramex????

The standard at Aramex has become so bad. Order an item from Aliexpress that should have been delivered by now. At first, I was told my item was confiscated by customs because the customs fees were not paid. They sent communication to the incorrect email address. Customs fees have been paid and I’m still waiting. Do they even care about customer service? I’m being told I have the option of collecting my parcel myself amongst other stories.
