Disappointing service

Service disappointing. My work documents were supposed to reach King Williams Town (final destination) by 14:00 on Wednesday 14.04.2021 Now it's Thursday 15.04.2021, 13:31, the parcel has not reached the final destination. Aramex is telling me about the third party that wasn't disclosed when I enquired (in Cape Town). When asking for the 3rd party's number, which failed to deliver to King William's Town on Wednesday, I am being told that Aramex has no right to give me(the client) the third party information. How can the 3rd party be allowed to keep my documents AND then be told that I am not allowed to contact them?
