Disappointing service

My shipment was sent on the 8th December still hasn't arrived to its destination, I have called the call center countless times and always made to wait until call drops or given a promise that it's been escalated till now no action. I have even reached out to them on Facebook and promised a response, nothing still. I have had to send a new parcel to the customer using another courier service at my cost
