Disappointing service

What a way to do business wow, very very disappointed with how they run their business with so much lie buying time not to deliver something you have paid for to be delivered. I have sent a parcel from Pretoria to soweto on the 08Jan 2025 until this day not delivered. Called million times with the excuse that they can't get hold of the person to receive the parcel, then opted that they call me that was last week Thursday until today no call from them. So goes to show that they never called from the first place. "Hi there!! I see a case was logged for you, Reference: JNB/0125/5941 Our team is looking into the inquiry and will get back to you for an update." Please send back my parcel by tomorrow because you have failed to do what you said you will do. Just give back my parcel .
