Disappointed with the service

My shipment from overseas was highjacked. Aramex has yet to help me with regards to a refund. 3 weeks ago I contacted them and they told me to contact the company I got my product from. The company said the refund will fall on Aramex since it was in their care. A week later I kept trying to get in contact with them and still they have not responded. I just would like some help.
