Disappointed in aramex in south africa

What an unreliable company.... I recently sent a package from jhb to durban... My package never (to date) reached the recipient... I tried calling the call centre-unable to get through... Emailed the company only to be told it was already delivered...... Really delivered to who???? ... I did inform amarex that it was not delivered.... Why would u tell me something that is not true? The worst part about dealing with aramex is the pathetic after sales service... Ive used this opportunity to inform all those who use amarex as a courier service not to use and trust this unreliable source of courier
