Disappointed customers, Aramex is pathetic

Don't use this service, i was sent an urgent parcel on Friday afternoon come Wednesday it still has not been received, i leave for holiday tomorrow and I need it asap but the customer care department doesn't even respond to mails,it was supposed to be sent to Secunda but God only knows what its doing in Bloemfontein, 5 ****** hours away, Pathetic pathetic
