Disappointed about Aramex

I don't know what Aramex stand for.If it is a courier company as my parcel was given to them for delivery is a sham. On 20th December 2023 at 10:57 AM my parcel Completed customs clearance. I tracked it today 22/12/2023 to my dismay the massage is Shipment Cleared – On its way to Aramex Destination Facility. What a disappointment!
