Digital Waybill

Your new digital portal is a nightmare to use if you are a regular user. Guess I'll be making use of another shipper from now on. Wake-up!!! Not everyone has internet access to fill in a waybill. I will be returning the 10 pre-paid bags bought yesterday!!!! Whoever thought of this idea should be taken to task.
