Did not receive my percel till todate

I have bad experience with aramex in Johannesburg I never received my percel since July and the bad responses I got from the team it was very an called for, I was asked to send what was inside the percel I I did then Im the only one who was doing follow up they not even bother to call me after sending them what inside the percale again I gave them a call they said I must do quotation and invoice which I did and they were quiet I had to call them again after waiting for 3months for feedback being this month I again seek for feedback back they told me they won't be able to pay me back.
