Deyayed delivery with zero communication

Poor service! I sent a parcel for store-to-door delivery with Aramex on 30 Sep 2024, with understanding that delivery will be made within 72 hours. It is now 07 Oct 2024 and the parcel has not yet been delivered. There hasn’t been any communication from them as to why it has been stuck on “Shipment Inbound received” since 02 Oct 2024. I am really not impressed.
