Despicable service

DBP*** - My package has been laying in East London about 2 weeks now. No communication whatsoever from Aramex. Yesterday I was informed that there was a problem with the delivery address yet all the relevant information was supp****. They don't contact the sender or receiver with regards to that issue. I just wasted R60 waiting to talk to a consultant named Angelique at the East London branch. All i hear are voice prompts.

Utterly despicable behavior by Aramex.
