Derseves less than that single star,just horrible service

I'm stuck with a return package that was scheduled for pick up on Friday (27 Dec 2024).There's no communication from Aramex and I had to call them Monday (30 Dec 2024). Aramex promised to pick up the package that same day. They never collected the package and still no communication from Aramex. I've trying to call them with no luck and the whatsapp option doesn't work. I won't be shopping at nike online store anymore, hopefully the package will be picked up before the return period expires.
