Deplorable service of Aramex South Africa

The service provided by Aramex is deplorable. A parcel deposited less than 15 knm away from the Durban North sorting depot only arrives at the depot more than 24 hours later. Aramex most certainly does not adhere to their stipulated delivery time of 12.00 the next day. Furthermore they should discontinue their services due to their inefficiency & lack of accountability.
