Delivery to wrong address

They had my package for 6 days. The courier would go out for delivery and then the system would update me that I wasn’t available for collection when the address was a business address. I finally found out they delivered my package (which contained family photos) to a stranger. The driver did not call me once. I was on hold for at least an hour everyday to speak to someone. When I finally got to customer service, I got the help I needed after phoning in almost 6 times and never hearing back from them again. I still haven’t received my package and I’ll never use Aramex again.
