Delivery struggle

I was expecting delivery of a parcel on the 13th - 15 April as per sheins expected delivery date. While tracking the parcel it has made many stops, when you call aramex they give you many different stories. Decided to chat to an agent who said they'd deliver on the 19th nothing came and no update only to find they updated Noone was there- No access like what's the use of opting in to be updated of the delivery when they don't have the decency to call and say they're at your house? Terrible service really
