Delivery problems

Delivery!!!! I’ve called several times sometimes waiting for 30 minutes just to get someone who doesn’t know how to help. My package was due two weeks ago and I still have not received it!!! Every time I speak to a consultant they tell me it will be here this day and then when that day comes I’m told another day!!! So frustrating
