Delivery past due date, no feedback- despite my number emails and calls

I have paid a premium to have my parcel delivered via aramex, instead of the Post Office. Delivery promised date was no later than 13 February, therefore delivery is pass due date!!!!!

I have been following up with aramex since my parcel arrived in SA - 30 January, 15 days ago!!!! I have called the call centers, spoke to the clearing agents(Langton’s Team) supervisors(Mr Madoda), emailed the accounts team(Viloshni and Ruth) and group email addresses that I was requested to.

With emails sent I have received little to no responses - not sure if I am addressing emails to the correct persons or if poor or lack of customer services is the companies ethos or just the individuals?

I have tried to escalate my concerns of lack of service delivery this week to senior management- to no avail.. when I called through to the head office and spoke to Thando and Bheka Leka at reception, I was treated with total disrespect. Both individuals screamed at me, refused to put me through to senior management or their secretary and provide me with their email address, in fact they threw the telephone down while I was speaking - the instruction of non disclosure or call taking came from management, this I was told by both individuals. This is the first time that I am faced with such a policy in a multinational- senior management not wanting to deal with Customers. Thando and Bheka as the voice of your company I strongly believe should undergo Customer centric training or be redeployed to another area in the business where they are not the first point of contact of your Customers - first impressions are lasting ones!

At this point I need someone to please confirm, as I PAID this premium to have aramex delivery my parcel by NO LATER THAN 13 FEBRUARY- YESTERDAY, WHICH ARRIVED IN ‪SA 15‬ DAYS AGO, AND I WAS TOLD BY LANGTON’S TEAM THAT IT WAS RELEASED LAST WEDNESDAY: 1. When will I expect delivery 2. Will my parcel ever get delivered 3. Can I assume that delivery is never happening
