Delivery of a parcel from Cape Town to Pretoria

This is the worst service I ever got from Aramex. I sent a parcel on the 5th of May from Gordons' Bay to Pretoria. I have notice on the system on the 8th that the parcel is still under processing. The parcel was only sent out n the 10th for delivery. On the 10th I went into Aramex tracking and saw that the update was made: Attempted Delivery - Consignee Rejected the Shipment / Awaiting Shipper. Instructions. I phoned my sister-in-law and she said that there was nobody to make a delivery. I started to follow up via the WhatsApp. Every time they promise me that my parcel will go out the next morning. My parcel still hasn't been delivered and today it was said the parcel is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow. I even tried to call the Call centre but they also make empty promises. I am not sure what I still need to do so that my parcel can be delivered.
