Delivery notification while parcel not yet receivedd

My parcel status say the parcel has been delivered and I haven't received anything...it's show that my parcel was delivered on the 14/05/2025 today is 16/05/2025 we not getting any help or investing my parcel, is my parcel lost? Can I write my tracking number?
