Delivery not being delivered and excuses that goes with it

I’m very unhappy and won’t ever use the service of Aramex again. I have spoken to Vani Govender and Ryan at Head Office but still I got empty promises from them. 28th Dec it was said that they are busy arranging my delivery and that I will get it…today again the same story and to be very honest I’m getting fed up with these excuses 😡

Unfortunately I have not yet received my parcel. My parcel is with them from the 15th Dec and no attempt was made to deliver it to my home address once. I have given my holiday address through to them on the 21st Dec already and still I need to wait…this is unacceptable as I had to rush to get my kids presents for Christmas cause no one listened to me when I gave the instructions on where I was and that I need my parcel.

I’m a very unhappy customer and won’t every refer anyone to use their services.
