Delivery not arriving as scheduled.

Why should customers pay R99. 99 for express delivery and they just ignore the fact that it should be delivered. I am really unhappy. I have waited a while for my goods to be made, and now Aramex takes their time to deliver? Honestly hate it when they say they attempted delivery but they never even contacted you to say that they are closeby.

How is bad service acceptable in SA these days. Everyone complaining about unemployment but they don't care to look after their jobs. Honestly ridiculous.
