Delivery Me from Hell

Aramex Service center agents are not helpful as all they can do is give you false information based on what their system tells them. Their phones ring off the hook, they send you from pillar to post; going from agents to customer service to customs and still I find no joy.

I ordered from Shein on the 23rd of August. Package arrived on the 5th of Oct by Aramex custom. No one contacted me about the invoice I needed to pay for my package to be released.

I was tracking my package and realized that it had not been moving since the 5th of Oct but delivery was scheduled for the 12th to the 15th the latest.

I took initiative on the 13th to call...…. made more than 6 calls (moving from pillar to post, using my minutes- with each call not less than 5mins) until someone promised that I would be invoice in the next 24-48 hrs. Considering that they don't work on the weekend, the 15th delivery date promised was now out.

On the 18th first thing I still had not received the Invoice until I got someone who pushed and finally the invoice was sent. I paid immediately on the 18th, 11am.

From that day nothing in terms of tracking happened to my package, it did not move.

On the 19th my package moved BUT it has been has been stuck (AGAIN) ''on its way to Aramex destination facility).

Today is the 20th and I was promised that my package would be delivered by the 21st the latest....and when I call today I was told it would arrive at the facility by Friday....

Which means it will take another 24-48hrs after Friday/ after the weekend to get my package...…making it sometime between the 26-29 October.

This is after I have spent more than 150 minutes following up on the packages. Having called more than 1 call center number to track.
