Delivery Issues

I have downloaded the Aramex app and my parcel keeps showing different updates and when i called Aramex I was advised that the parcel went for inspection on the 05/12/2022 but when I called yesterday they advised it went for inspection on the 11/12/2022. i cant understand what is going on I need the parcel delivered before Christmas. its like there is no urgency from the company
