Delivery guys CANNOT read their updates on the system now client has to suffer for delayed delivery!

So i have been waiting on a Parcel from Evetech since saturday, parcel was picked up on Tuesday from Evetech's advise and only received into the sorting yesterday. Today they were suppose to deliver and after we called and updated Aramex with a CORRECT contact number 2 days in a row, the delivery guys still didnt READ the update and contact us on the correct number, now it states on their system there was no access.....after 4 updates on their system in 2 days for the correct contact number...

I have a client waiting for the finished product, and need the components ordered now again i have to make excuses!

So if the client cancels, who will be paying me my 30K for this?????
