Delivery Failure is now a Week

I have shipped a parcel since Wednesday 1.12.2021 to Durban. It’s been a week and the parcel hasn’t been delivered- I follow up with customer care on Monday, I was told that it was going to be delivered by end of business on that and we are Wednesday and still no delivery- tracking shows in transit…. What going on?????
