Delivery Fail

<p>I placed an order with an online shopping platform and was told that my goods would be delivered within 5-10 days. When I queried the status of my delivery I was told that the goods were already delivered on the 5th of September and was signed off by someone named "Treasure". There is no one named Treasure at the address that was given. They didn't even go to the correct office park or ask if they were at the correct company. How could aramex deliver someone else's goods to a random person without making sure that it was at the correct place? These goods are worth almost R1000 and now I have no idea where my stuff is and the online platform is obviously refusing to refund me as from their side it has been delivered. This is utterly disgusting! When I called aramex they had no info for me and said they would investigate and get back to me, still no word.</p>
