Delivery delays

Aramex South Africa does not practice what they preach in terms of delivery’s.I had bought a car part that I needed urgently however I’m yet to receive it after almost two months, I have also noted they had not cleared by item after it had arrived in the country(This took over two weeks) and if it wasn’t because of my everyday calls the item would still not be cleared.I had offered to go and collect it myself and they refused which means I’m still subjected to wait even longer. Their process is not mature and causes a lot of uncer*****y and unnecessary delays that could be sorted timeously. I need my car part urgently and cannot wait any longer.
