Delivery delays and rude staff

I have a parcel that needs to be delivered by Aramex. It cleared customs 30 OCTOBER already and they keep telling me it’s still on route to SA!!! I have now lost a tremendous amount of business cause of this and it’s not the first time. It’s now more than a week late and losing customers by the day!!!
